Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 250 grams Karonde


  • 250 gram green chillies


  • 2 tablespoons Mustard oil


  • 2 teaspoons mustard seeds powder


  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds powder


  • 2 teaspons salt


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon crushed fenugreek seeds


  • 2 teaspoon Vinegar


  • 1/2 teaspoon heeng


  • 2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  • Wash and chopped karonde and green chillies
  • Dry in sunlight for 1 day
  • Pit oil in a vok to heat
  • Add heeng and all the spices
  • Add karonde and green chillies
  • Saute for 2 minutes then turn off the flame
  • Add sugar and vinegar
  • Fill in a jar and enjoy after 3 days
