250 grams Karonde
250 gram green chillies
2 tablespoons Mustard oil
2 teaspoons mustard seeds powder
2 teaspoons fennel seeds powder
2 teaspons salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon crushed fenugreek seeds
2 teaspoon Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon heeng
2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Wash and chopped karonde and green chillies
Dry in sunlight for 1 day
Pit oil in a vok to heat
Add heeng and all the spices
Add karonde and green chillies
Saute for 2 minutes then turn off the flame
Add sugar and vinegar
Fill in a jar and enjoy after 3 days
